About Me

I'm a fourteen year old girl with a dream of getting published before I graduate high school. I wrote a 70,000 word book and have emailed many agents, but so far all I have received as responses were rejections. One agent asked to see more and then when I sent her the requested pages she rejected me. It's hard not to get discouraged, I think I've had 21 rejections. I had been hoping to hear positive responses before school started, but it doesn't seem like that's going to happen. I was inspired to start blogging after I saw Julie & Julia in the movie theater tonight and my friends encouraged me. I just wanted people to know that young people can do just as much as adults, but we are underestimated.
